INSTRUCTOR APPLICATION

We raise the young people who will produce
the technologiesof the future in DENEYAP Technology Workshops!

We assess the applications of all our instructors who is willing to accompany us in our goal of raising young people who will produce the technologies of tomorrow on their way to become productive and innovative individuals who contribute to the development of our country, and we include those who successfully complete the relevant stages into our team.

DENEYAP Technology Workshops is looking for educators to train Tomorrow's Technology Stars, operating in 139 different locations across all 81 provinces of Türkiye.

In our goal to contribute to the progress of our country and support the development of productive and innovative individuals, we welcome all educators who aspire to cultivate the pioneers of tomorrow's technology. We carefully evaluate applications and invite those who successfully complete the designated stages to join our team.

DENEYAP educators are individuals with self-regulation skills, developed creative thinking abilities, capable of generating original ideas, and possess critical thinking skills. They are also individuals who enjoy both learning and teaching, are inclined towards teamwork, and are effective problem solvers. These educators are aware of the critical importance of the Deneyap Türkiye Project and the National Technology Initiative for the future of Türkiye.

The educators working in DENEYAP Technology Workshops consist of teachers, competent individuals working in the industry, undergraduate or graduate university students and graduates studying in related departments of universities.

The Stages of Selecting an Instructor

Candidates who wish to become educators at DENEYAP Technology Workshops are expected to follow announcements on the website www.deneyap.org and apply for educator positions.

Applicants are expected to possess the competencies listed in the educator specification related to the fields for which educator applications are accepted.

PRE-ASSESSMENT

Candidates who are found suitable in line with the information specified in the trainer application form proceed to the next evaluation stage.

TECHNICAL
ASSESSMENT

Trainer candidates are expected to answer questions at different levels of difficulty in order to determine their ability to deliver training and to assess their knowledge and skills.

PRACTICAL
TRAINING PROCESS

At this stage, trainee trainers are assessed and evaluated in the presence of pedagogically competent representatives of the relevant commission.

FACE-TO-FACE
ASSESSMENT

At this stage, candidates are assessed face-to-face or via video conference.

INSTRUCTOR
TRAINING

Candidates who successfully complete the instructor trainings are determined to be the final instructors and are assigned to the DENEYAP Technology Workshop in their city and start to provide training.

Instructor Training

Candidates who apply to become a trainer for the DENEYAP Türkiye project and successfully pass all the application stages are entitled to enter the instructor training phase.

Instructor Trainings are divided into two parts: "Pedagogical Content Knowledge" and "Applied Technical Training", which are prepared in parallel with the curriculum and course content.

PEDAGOGICAL
TRAINING



An instructor training is provided according to the curriculum of the course to be taught in pedagogical education. Instructor candidates are informed about how to approach the student, how to convey topics to the student in an efficient and effective manner, and their technical knowledge is reinforced at the same time.

TECHNICAL
TRAINING


Subjects related to the technical dimension of the training content are covered and information on the use of purchased equipments is shared in the technical training.

The training for educators is free, and educator candidates who agree to participate in educator training are expected to conduct educator activities at the workshop for the specified duration, which is one day for 4 hours during weekdays and 2 full days during weekends.
